6.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, on an individual basis, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

6.3 Jurisdiction

If arbitration is not applicable, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

7. Changes to Terms

10. Miscellaneous

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
